In 2017, Chris Lee and Daryl Kelly started Solgen Power out of a garage with no outside funding, no playbook, and no safety net. What they had was a system — a disciplined approach to sales, operations, and team-building that they’d pressure-tested over years of entrepreneurial grit.
Within five years, Solgen grew from zero to $200 million in revenue, earning recognition as the 6th fastest-growing company in the nation by the Financial Times. Along the way, they built teams of hundreds, entered new markets, and developed proprietary frameworks for scaling service businesses at speed.
