He’s scaled multiple companies to 8 figures, with a deep specialty in HVAC and the trades.
Trent is known for teaching his proprietary “God Mode” system, helping business owners gamify growth and architect their outcomes with precision.
Sydney was one of the early team members at Solgen Power, playing a hands-on role in the growth of nearly every department.
With deep experience across operations and people management, she now serves as a trusted HR executive.
